Automatic renewal is an optional billing setting that keeps your ad credit balance full and ensures your advertising campaigns stay running at all times.
When the automatic renewal feature is enabled, the credit card on file for your account will be automatically billed when your ad credit balance hits a specified amount.
To use the automatic renewal feature:
Log in to your Mantis buy-side account
Navigate to the the Billing tab located in the left navigation
Click on the Billing Settings tab at the top of the page
On this page, scroll down to the Automatic Renewal settings section and enter the lowest amount you want your account balance to hit before auto-renewing (i.e., the renewal threshold). Then enter the deposit amount you wish to pay each time your card is charged (i.e., the renewal amount).
Unsure of the amounts you should set?
Consider using the following automatic renewal settings to keep your campaigns running at all times:
Renewal threshold: $100
Renewal amount: $1,000
In the example above, Mantis will automatically charge your credit card for $1,000 when your account balance depletes to less than $100.
