All advertisers, regardless of the selected payment plan, must fund their account balance with ad credits before launching a campaign on the Mantis ad network.

Note: The process of adding ad credits to your account balance is different for first-time users and existing users. As a first-time user, you'll need to complete each of the following steps before you can:

  1. Verify your e-mail address (if you haven't done so already)
  2. Add a billing contact 
  3. Add a credit card 
  4. Select a payment plan

How to fund your account balance with ad credits

To fund your account balance:

  1. Log in to your Mantis buy-side account (or sign up for a new account)
  2. Navigate to the Billing tab in the left navigation [OR] click Add Funds in the top right of your screen
  3. Enter a deposit amount (i.e., the number of ad credits you want to purchase)
  4. Confirm the automatic renewal settings for your account (optional)
  5. Select a payment method
  6. Review the deposit details and schedule the deposit*

*Note: Your credit card will NOT be charged until your first ad campaign is submitted for review and approved by Mantis.
