All advertisers, regardless of the selected payment plan, must fund their account balance with ad credits before launching a campaign on the Mantis ad network.
Note: The process of adding ad credits to your account balance is different for first-time users and existing users. As a first-time user, you'll need to complete each of the following steps before you can:
- Verify your e-mail address (if you haven't done so already)
- Add a billing contact
- Add a credit card
- Select a payment plan
How to fund your account balance with ad credits
To fund your account balance:
- Log in to your Mantis buy-side account (or sign up for a new account)
- Navigate to the Billing tab in the left navigation [OR] click Add Funds in the top right of your screen
- Enter a deposit amount (i.e., the number of ad credits you want to purchase)
- Confirm the automatic renewal settings for your account (optional)
- Select a payment method
- Review the deposit details and schedule the deposit*
*Note: Your credit card will NOT be charged until your first ad campaign is submitted for review and approved by Mantis.
